Returns Policy

 

Once you email our customer service team, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to send the product back to us.
 

Please Note, to Receive Credit for the Merchandise:

  • Returned items must be in new and resalable condition & in the original package. Any item that is not in new or resalable condition will be scrapped & no credit will be issued.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any RMA submission.
  • Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
  • Item must be received back within two weeks of customer receiving return label.
  • Please allow 7-10 days for processing your credit once your return shipment is received.

Please Note the List of Items Below That Are Non-Returnable:

  • Special Order items
  • Whole goods and attachments, literature, engines, pumps, short blocks, electrical parts, gaskets, liquids, chemicals, sprays
  • Items with damaged or non-original packaging
  • Installed, used or damaged items

To receive an RMA number to return your item, please email service@ordertree.com. Be sure to include your contact information, order number, and reason for return.
